Do you support:
Lower healthcare costs?
More choices on where to receive care?
We can do both by reforming Virginia’s outdated and anti-competition Certificate of Public Need law, about which the Richmond Times-Dispatch says “the inescapable fact about COPN is that it lacks any defensible justification.”
The Virginia Coalition to Reform COPN will continue our campaign over the next year in preparation for the 2018 General Assembly session. We have made significant progress and are gaining momentum in both the House of Delegates and the Senate. You can help by signing up to receive e-mail updates. We will let you know what you can do to help the campaign!
